2. Placing an Order
When you place an order through our website or in store, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a product is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
We make every effort to ensure prices are accurate, but errors may occur. If we discover an error, we will contact you before processing your order.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering, unless an approved account arrangement is in place for wholesale customers.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout and in store.
4. Delivery and Collection
Delivery times, areas, and charges are shown at checkout. We aim to deliver within the stated timeframe, but delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection. Please inspect your order on receipt and report any issues promptly.
5. Perishable and Fresh Goods
Many of our products are perishable, including fresh produce, meat, fish, and chilled or frozen items. These should be stored and used in line with the guidance on the packaging. Due to their nature, perishable goods may only be returned where they are faulty or not as described.
6. Returns and Refunds
Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected. If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
7. Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on our website at the time you place an order will apply to that order.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
